I've had the salmon cooked by the owner/CEO of The Heat Restaurant before. It's absolutely to die for legitly! I just want to congratulate him for everything he's done and accomplished in his life, especially his degree, time, and effort he puts in to try and perfect his cooking and presentation of his business!! Really means a lot to me and is truly a very serious inspiration!!!

My family (12 of us) chose Heat for my birthday dinner! I had the sirloin and sweet potato bites. Everything was delicious and the service was great! Highly recommend!!!
